My name is Krystle Birdsall
I'm Krystle Birdsall, and I'm passionate about making a real difference in the fields of education and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout my personal and professional career, I've been lucky enough to work on some truly inspiring projects that focus on bettering educational and workplace outcomes for all people regardless of their background. I am also a big advocate for STEM education so I became the owner of Challenge Island - CCNW, to expose children to the exciting field of STEM while encouraging creativity and fun! I believe this will unlock so many opportunities to our future. An educator at heart, I've worn many hats—from executive roles to board member positions—all in the name of creating more equitable and inclusive spaces.
